Wells McFarlane is a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

We specialise in the letting and management of commercial property, principally in Leicestershire and Warwickshire, and also the sale and acquisition of development land across the Midlands and East Anglia, as well as providing a full range of general professional services.

More recently, we have expanded our existing planning services to cover the evolving waste management sector and the many opportunities this offers to landowners.

A core area of the business and associated with the purchase or sale of development land is the ability to maximise the net worth of the development site through obtaining planning permission for alternative uses.

Wells McFarlane also specialise in advising property owners on all aspects of building diversification, including the planning stages, grant application process and letting issues. Wells McFarlane now manages more than 2 million sq ft of commercial property.
