Trevor Wells BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Director of Wells McFarlane Ltd
Career
Trevor graduated from Harper Adams University in 1995 with an Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management and then joined the Valuation Office for 12 months as a Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax Valuer. Trevor then joined a Leicester firm of Chartered Surveyors and undertook a broad spectrum of work prior to qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997. He became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1999 and received the Midland Counties prize for the highest examination results. Trevor then joined a national firm of Chartered Surveyors in Leicestershire as an Associate and pursued a specialism in planning and development related issues and the sale and acquisition of development land. With his co-director, Trevor set up Wells McFarlane Ltd in February 2004. In February 2009, Trevor was elected as President of The Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Associaton.

Personal
Trevor is married to Emma and lives in Leicestershire with their three children. Trevor enjoys motorsport and country pursuits, and is hands on at home on his sheep farm, as well as a partner in his family arable farming business.
Andrew J McFarlane Holt BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV

Career
Andrew graduated from Harper Adams University in 1995 with an Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. On graduating, Andrew joined a rural practice firm of Chartered Surveyors in Cambridgeshire where he specialised in rural property matters. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2000 Andrew became an Associate in the business, before returning to the midlands where Andrew joined a national firm of Chartered Surveyors as an Associate specialising in commercial property matters. With his co-director, Andrew set up Wells McFarlane Ltd in February 2004.

Personal
Andrew is married to Simone and lives in Northamptonshire with their three daughters. Andrew enjoys watching all sports and has a passion for food and entertaining.
Victoria Strickland BA (Hons) MSc MRICS FAAV
Senior Surveyor
Career
Victoria graduated from Exeter University in 2004 with an Honours degree in Ancient History. On graduating, Victoria studied a Masters degree in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. In 2007 Victoria qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, working at a national firm of Chartered Surveyors in the East Midlands. In 2010 Victoria joined Wells McFarlane as a Senior Surveyor.

Richard Wilson BSc (Hons) MRICS
Surveyor
Career
Richard graduated from The University of Reading in 2008 with an honours degree in Surveying. Post graduating, Richard joined a Midlands based development firm specialising in residential and commercial development. Richard joined Wells McFarlane in 2009.

Personal
Richard is a keen sport enthusiast whose interests include skiing, golf, shooting and rugby can regularly be found supporting the Leicester Tigers or out and about on a golf course.
Lindsey Aldridge
PA to the Directors
Career
After spending three years as a Secretary, Lindsey trained as a Croupier. After several years at a Leicester casino, she moved to Southern Africa where she spent five years, first as a Croupier, then as a PA at Sun City. Upon her return to England, Lindsey worked as PA to the owner of Leicester’s top Auction House, where she stayed for seventeen years. In June 2004 she joined Wells McFarlane as PA to Trevor Wells and Andrew McFarlane Holt.

Sarah is married with two children and lives in Leicestershire.
Abigail Wood
Accounts Assistant
Career
Abigail has recently completed her AAT level 2 certificate and level 3 diploma in accounting at South Leicestershire College, having already obtained grade B in AS level Accounts. This is her first full time position and she will be mainly carrying out accounting functions but will also give support in all areas to enhance her knowledge of the business. Abigail joined in March 2011.
