In 2007 Wells McFarlane acquired a property management company in Lutterworth, bringing with it  more than 50 let properties in Lutterworth town centre alone.

More recently, we have expanded our existing planning services to cover the evolving waste management sector and the many opportunities this offers landowners.

From establishing the business in February 2004 Wells McFarlane  have sold more than £89 million worth of development land, and purchased over £75 million of development land for retained clients.

A core area of the business and associated with the purchase of development land is the ability to maximise the net worth of the development site through obtaining planning permission for alternative uses.

Wells McFarlane also specialise in advising property owners on all aspects of building diversification, including the planning stages, grant application process and letting issues. Wells McFarlane now manages more than 2 million sq ft of commercial property.
