Located in ‘The Golden Triangle’, we are well placed to act for landowners looking to capitalise on their transportation links. From small-scale farm building conversions through to light industrial units and large storage and distribution warehouses, we can advise landowners on the best capital and rental values for the development. Our specialist management and agency department provides excellent advice on current values achievable.

We provide valuation advice, development appraisals and feasibility studies, detailing the value of assets you may be considering purchasing or selling, and can advise where and what to build and what yields to expect.

We have recently put over 700 acres of land under option for new B1, B2 and B8 developments and we have recently sold 130,000 sq. ft. of new offices on the edge of Lutterworth adjacent to the M1, Junction 20.
