Career:
Andrew graduated from Harper Adams University in 1995 with an Honours
degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. On graduating, Andrew
joined a rural practice firm of Chartered Surveyors in Cambridgeshire
where he specialised in rural property matters. After qualifying as a
Chartered Surveyor in 1997 and a Fellow of the Central Association of
Agricultural Valuers in 2000 Andrew became an Associate in the business,
before returning to the midlands where Andrew joined a national firm of
Chartered Surveyors as an Associate specialising in commercial property
matters. With his co-director, Andrew set up Wells McFarlane Ltd in
February 2004.
