We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist preferably with social media/marketing experience to join our established team of professionals. The Role will include: Telephone answering and first point of contact with our clients General administrative duties Meeting and greeting clients Producing creative social media articles and press releases Assisting other departments as and when required We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills: A good level of education with a particular focus on English written skills Excellent spelling and grammar Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office Well organised with excellent time management skills A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment Excellent typing skills Experience of social media/marketing within a corporate environment A professional and eloquent manner with a smart appearance Full UK Driving Licence The position is a full-time permanent position.
