Our director of strategic development, Trevor Wells has completed a deal on approximately three acres of land to German-owned supermarket chain, Aldi. Working on behalf of the landowner, a long-term client, Trevor negotiated the sale of land which is located at the main gateway to Lutterworth, on Rugby Road nearby the iconic Sir Frank Whittle Roundabout.
Trevor said: “This deal represents a prime example of how landowners can re-purpose and realise significant value from their land. Having worked closely with Aldi’s team of advisors on this deal, we are aware of their aspirations to continue expanding their portfolio within the region so encourage landowners with similar parcels of land to get in touch.”
Work on construction of the new superstore is underway, with anticipated opening early 2021.
