Family-run property development company, Stylish Living has found its new home in Gilmorton, Leicestershire after our asset manager, Tina Flynn completed a deal on The Stable House.
A converted barn in the heart of the village, The Stable House offers 433 sq ft single storey office space together with kitchenette and on-site parking. “As current residents of Gilmorton, we’d had our eye on the standalone building for over a year,” explains Stylish Living’s owner, Emma Estill. “Our business has grown considerably over the past 12 months and we were actively looking for something different that would suit our design style; the standard office set-up just didn’t appeal. The Stable House has character, a flexible layout and is easily accessible from Lutterworth and the M1, so we knew it would be perfect. Tina was a pleasure to work with and ensured the move was as smooth as possible.”
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Stylish Living, which specialises in the conversion of commercial and residential buildings into premium apartments or co-rentals, was eager to move to make space for its growing team.
Emma added: “Our portfolio is growing rapidly and since relocating to The Stable House, we’ve been able to create three new jobs in site management and portfolio management. We also hope to be able to employ more local people very soon.”
