Specialist thermoelectric engineers, European Thermodynamics Limited has secured new premises at Turnpike Close in the heart of Lutterworth’s business district.
The firm has taken Unit 3, a 3,037 sq ft light industrial premises in a move that will improve efficiency, as Mandeep Rai, Head of Marketing explains: “Choosing Turnpike Close was a strategic decision; we wanted to relocate our warehouse operations from Nuneaton to be closer to our head office in Kibworth.
“Turnpike Close has everything we were looking for. A central location, easily accessible, robust 5G and broadband connections, plus the area is safe with a thriving business community. In addition, the landlord demonstrated a real understanding of our business aspirations and was extremely supportive,” concluded Mandeep.
