Receptionist

About Wells McFarlane
Wells McFarlane is an award winning firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist preferably with social media/marketing experience to join our established team of professionals.

The Role will include:
• Telephone answering and first point of contact with our clients
• General administrative duties
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Producing creative social media articles and press releases
• Assisting other departments as and when required

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:

• A good level of education with a particular focus on English written skills
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office
• Well organised with excellent time management skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
• Excellent typing skills
• Experience of social media/marketing within a corporate environment
• A professional and eloquent manner with a smart appearance
• Full UK Driving Licence

The position is a full-time permanent position.
