The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator to work for our residential department. As a professional, self-motivated and highly organised individual, you will thrive working in a busy environment and be experienced in dealing with the administration of new lettings as well as managing an existing client-base of landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Administrator, the role will also require general reception duties.

About You
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A good level of education with a particular focus on English written skills
  • Lettings administration experience including contracts and referencing
  • Knowledge in lettings legislation
  • A professional, confident and eloquent manner with a smart appearance
  • Well organised and excellent time management skills
  • Competence in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel plus generic database experience
  • Experience in the use of Vebra and Propman Property Management would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of vetting procedures including credit checking and obtaining references
  • Understanding of the legal and health and safety requirements for property lettings
  • Assisting in the management of lettings skills to include the writing of contracts and the organisation of rental payments
  • Ability to write property descriptions accurately and in line with current regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
