One of Market Harborough’s most prominent buildings now has a new anchor tenant after we negotiated a long-term letting for a national retailer.
40 The Square is a Grade II listed, three-storey building in the town centre, directly opposite the 17th Century Old Grammar School. Totalling 4,135 sq ft of retail and office space, its newly refurbished ground floor retail unit has been let as a flagship store for Joules, the Market Harborough-based clothing and lifestyle brand, which relocated from the High Street.

“The landlord has made significant investments in this property to make the spaces attractive workplaces,” explains our Director, Jason Hercock, who was appointed to market the property when the former tenant, Lloyds Bank announced its closure. “This refurbishment, along with the property’s prime location, proved extremely popular and attracted a high volume of enquiries.
