CONVEYANCING SPECIALISTS OPEN FOURTH OFFICE IN CONVERTED CHAPEL

10 March 2022

Residential conveyancing firm, Aconveyancing has opened its fourth office after our director, Jason Hercock secured a deal for new premises in a converted chapel.

Earlier this month, Aconveyancing took occupancy of a 1,078 sq ft open plan office at The Chapel, Mountsorrel. Recently refurnished and packed with characterful details such as exposed brickwork and roof trusses, this modern office was ideal for the growing firm.

Aconveyancing’s founder and director, Natalie Moore said: “The business is well-established in the West Midlands, but we reached a point where expansion into the East Midlands was the next logical step. We considered a couple of locations but there really was no competition. Mountsorrel is easily accessible from Leicester, Loughborough, the A46 and M1, which meant we’re able to remain connected to our three existing offices and strengthen our services across Leicestershire.”

A conveyancing team of three will be based at The Chapel initially with plans in place to create new positions as the company grows.

Natalie continues: “Another reason for selecting this location was to launch our free walk-in service, where local people can drop in for guidance sessions about buying and selling residential property, attend mortgage clinics and networking events. It’s absolutely our intention to offer employment opportunities and with our fourth office now up and running, it shouldn’t be long before this becomes a reality. We’re extremely grateful to the Wells McFarlane team for their assistance and professionalism.”
