Our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt has been confirmed as a winner of the CoStar Awards Quarterly Deals.
Andrew was recognised for the top retail leasing deal in the East Midlands region in Q4 2025, for his work securing Sainsbury’s as an anchor tenant at Wellington Place in Market Harborough.
Andrew successfully negotiated a 15-year lease for the national retailer to occupy a 4,500 sq ft unit at Wellington Place, which is a brand new housing development by Davidsons Homes. Andrew’s work securing a flagship retailer attracted widespread interest in the trio of available retail units, with the other two also now let.
