The latest CoStar awards confirm we're the BEST commercial agent in Leicester and the East Midlands for office and investment deals, topping the table in FIVE categories for our 2022 deals!
We were awarded first place in four of the five office categories for Leicester, winning Most Active Disposal Agent by both number and square footage, and Most Active Single Branch Agency for acquisitions and disposals by both size and volume.
In the East Midlands market, we took the top spot in the regional investment agency section while also placing third and fourth in the single branch and top investment agency categories respectively.
