A leading care home provider has relocated its Head Office to Leicestershire’s prestigious Grove Park after we successfully negotiated lettings on two office units.
Midlands Care, which operates 12 exceptional nursing and care homes across Leicestershire, has taken Units 7 and 8 at Grove Park, representing 4,318 sq ft office space.
Our Asset Manager, Bobby Brown negotiated the transaction. He comments: “Grove Park is firmly established as one of Leicestershire’s leading business parks and is home to many well-known brands, meaning office space here is highly sought-after.
“We were able to agree a long-term letting for both units, enabling Midlands Care’s planned expansion and the creation of its new head office,” adds Bobby.
Midlands Care has relocated from Forest Business Park in North West Leicestershire, in a move that doubles its existing space.
