A start-up, e-commerce business specialising in outdoor landscaping products has taken its first premises in Lutterworth.
A deal completed by our Commercial Asset Manager, Chrissy Feenan has seen Advance Porcelain Ltd move to Ladywood Works Industrial Estate, where it will launch its first showroom, known as The Paving Centre.
General Manager, Ed Robinson said: “Our business stocks a large selection of outdoor porcelain tiles, natural stone paving and associated products like primers and grouts, and the original intention was to operate as online only. However, when we recognised the need for an office and found the unit at Ladywood Works, we also saw the potential for a showroom and amended our vision.
“With parking right outside and a roadside presence ideal for advertising, we realised we could create a trade counter for landscapers, a hire section for patio and driveway cleaning machines plus a warm, dry and welcoming environment for clients to choose the right products for their gardens. Chrissy was on top of her game negotiating the lease and a quick moving day, ensuring we didn’t miss out on the opportunity to grow our business.”
