One of Leicestershire’s premium rural business parks has a new tenant, after our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt completed a deal for accountancy and financial recruiter, RECfinancial.
The specialist recruitment firm has taken the ground floor of The Stables, one of the high-quality 17th Century barn conversions at Dovecote Court in Potters Marston, Leicestershire.
“We’d previously been sharing an office in Braunstone, on the edge of Leicester city, but had grown to a point where we wanted our own space and something that better reflected our brand,” explains RECfinancial’s Director, Dan Ingles. “We also have ambitions to double our team over the next 12 months so additional space was a necessity. An established rural office appealed because it would allow us to achieve this growth and provide a workplace environment that encourages positive wellbeing.
“When we found The Stables, we knew it was the right fit. Unlike other rural offices we viewed, it has a generous, open plan layout and being Grade II listed, it has plenty of characterful features. It also benefits from excellent connectivity, both in terms of communications and travel.
“Since moving, we have already recruited, meaning we can increase the level of service we offer our clients. We also hope to offer apprenticeships within the next two years so our future at Dovecote Court looks very positive,” adds Dan.
