A financial planning and investment management business launched during the pandemic has taken its first office premises. In a deal secured by our director, Jason Hercock, Wattam Kirby Mee has taken a 1,373 sq ft office space at Atelius House, Grove Business Park, Leicester.
“Since launching the business in April 2020, we’ve been building our client base but soon realised a need for a permanent office space from which to grow the business,” said Neil Wattam, director and co-founder of Wattam Kirby Mee, which was established by four friends to offer independent and holistic financial planning advice to enable individuals to achieve their life goals. “Atelius House offered the ideal solution; it’s big enough to support the team in its current guise but wasn’t too onerous while we’re still developing. Since moving in, we’ve already recruited our first employee and expect to make further appointments over the next twelve months as we grow.”
Atelius House is located on the well-established and popular Grove Business Park, near Enderby and is easily accessible from both the M1 and M69 motorways.
