UK Care Team has relocated its Leicestershire headquarters to a 2,193 sq ft space at the hugely popular Grove Park.
Our director, Jason Hercock secured the deal, which will see the award-winning home care provider realise its growth plans. UK Care Team’s Managing Director, Sanjit Maini explains: “In the past two years, our business has really grown and we needed a larger premises which could better accommodate our increasing team. Simultaneously, we also wanted to expand our carer administration and training facility within a dedicated space. Grove Park, which is extremely accessible, well-known and with excellent nearby amenities, fitted the bill on all accounts.
“Moving has given us the opportunity to make our expansion plans a reality. Our new administration and training centre now delivers practical and in-depth training programmes for aspiring carers, where they can benefit from more equipment and individual learning stations. Alongside this, the additional office space has meant we’ve been able to launch a new division of the business, Recruit Social, which enables us to place staff on a larger scale across the country and help many more individuals to live independently. Working with Wells McFarlane was so straightforward and we’re very pleased with our new space,” concluded Simran.
One office remains available at Grove Park, the newly refurbished Unit 7. Comprising 2,125 sq ft, this two storey modern office benefits from suspended ceilings, comfort heating and cooling, on site parking and is easily accessible from the M1/M69 junction.
