Household names Marks and Spencer, Mountain Warehouse, Costa Coffee and Pets Corner opened their doors to customers for the first time this week at Windmill Square Retail Park, Chipping Norton. Hundreds of customers turned out, braving the cold to explore the new 15,000 sq ft retail park that is managed by Leicestershire based Wells McFarlane.
Andrew McFarlane Holt MRICS FAAV, director at Wells McFarlane said “we’re delighted to expand our commercial portfolio outside of the East Midlands and East Anglia and now across to Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds”
“Acting on behalf of the landlord we were able to advise on the usage of the property to maximise their returns. And given the retail parks location on the busy London Road it’s not surprising the park has attracted a host of household names.”
Wells McFarlane manage a commercial property portfolio of more than 2 mil sq. ft across the East Midlands, East Anglia as well as their new Oxfordshire site, with a combined experience of over 50 years’ of advising on the letting, sale and acquisition of commercial property.
