Our land and planning team has successfully completed the sale of a residential development site in Bulkington, Warwickshire.
The circa 4-acre parcel of land, off Coventry Road on the village’s southern edge, has been sold to a local housebuilder with outline planning consent for up to 42 new affordable homes.
“This site will bring a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes to this village community,” says our Assistant Land Agent, Tom Knowles, who has acted as the main selling agent.
“It has good transport links via the M6 and M69, and access to a wide range of amenities in the village, as well as nearby Bedworth and Coventry. With such a desirable location and outline planning consent already secured, it therefore made an attractive proposition and we received multiple bids from regional housebuilders.
“Together with a strategic land promoter, we were able to secure a sale to a local developer and look forward to seeing work start on these new family homes very soon,” adds Tom.
