Three lettings completed by our Asset Manager, Bobby Brown mean two of Leicestershire’s most popular business parks are now fully occupied.
At Narborough Wood Park in Enderby, Bobby has secured long-term lettings for a 923 sq ft self-contained office to photography specialists, Pikki Ltd, and a 1,661 sq ft office to NorDan UK Ltd, one of Europe’s leading timber window and door manufacturers.
Both businesses relocated to Narborough Wood Park to take advantage of its convenient location nearby the M1/M69 yet also enjoy the wellbeing benefits of this courtyard development with open countryside views.
Tom Harding, Director at Pikki Ltd said: “Our previous premises was part of a co-working hub in Leicester city centre, which we’d outgrown as our business accelerated. Narborough Wood Park is such a great space; it’s easy to find, has parking our team can use and plenty of character.
