LITTLE BOWDEN COMMERCIAL HUB REACHES FULL OCCUPANCY

20 July 2026

The commercial hub on a Market Harborough housing development has reached full capacity after our team let the final unit.

National retailer, Esquires Coffee has taken a 2,463 sq ft space on the Davidsons at Little Bowden development, just off the Kettering Road roundabout.

The popular café chain, which also has stores at Wellington Place and on the High Street in Market Harborough, will move into the premises when construction completes in late summer/early autumn.

This deal marks the second commercial unit we have negotiated for Esquires in Market Harborough, following the success of the store at Wellington Place, which opened in January.

Our Managing Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt, negotiated the lease. Andrew comments: “It’s been a pleasure to work with Esquires again and secure this multi-year lease. At the nearby Wellington Place development, Esquires has become a ‘go to’ destination for new residents so we’re confident they will enjoy similar success at Little Bowden.”

Completing the commercial occupiers at Little Bowden is Sainsburys, which we secured a 15-year lease for earlier this year.

Andrew continues: “Commercial hubs like these provide a real focal point and help bring new developments to life. With the combination of convenience and connectivity, we’re sure this hub will be a valuable asset for the community.”

Davidsons at Little Bowden comprises a range of 1-5 bedroom homes on the town’s eastern edge. We have been retained by Davidsons for property management.
