The latest letting by our agency team has secured a new studio for international tattoo artist, Liam Freeman.
Liam has relocated his multi award-winning studio, Wet Paint Collective, from Bowley Court in Melton Mowbray to a 578 sq ft space on Market Place, closer to the town’s main shopping thoroughfare.
Our Asset Manager, Bobby Brown, negotiated the lease. Bobby comments: “This unit sits prominently in the town centre, on the first floor above an estate agency, yet benefits from street level access. Set-up as an office, it had planning consent for Use Class E, meaning it was suitable for other commercial purposes.
“Self-contained with a large, open plan layout in excellent condition, we anticipated a high level of interest. As a longstanding business owner within the town, Liam immediately recognised the property’s potential and was among the first to arrange a viewing. We’re pleased to have worked with him to secure this lease and wish him every success for the future,” said Bobby.
Liam adds: “I really enjoyed working with Bobby, he made the whole process easy and it was a really quick turnaround from my initial enquiry on the property to then actually receiving the keys.”
Wet Paint Collective was redecorated to a classic tattoo studio style and officially opened this month.
