A business park in Spalding, Lincolnshire is now part of our management portfolio, following a recommendation for our property management services.
Apex Court Office Park comprises eight modern office buildings with dedicated parking, situated in an excellent location just off the A16 (Spalding Bypass).
We have been appointed as the Park’s new managing agent, meaning we will be responsible for day-to-day management and site inspections, including co-ordinating any maintenance of communal areas and landscaping, as well as being the first point of contact for existing tenants and owners.
“We’ve been active in Spalding for a while on the agency side so our profile in the area has been steadily increasing,” says our Director, Jason Hercock. “I was therefore pleased to be approached by Apex Court’s landlord, who had been recommended our services by a local solicitor.
“A positive discussion followed and we have been retained as the managing agent. Apex Court is in a key business development area of Spalding, offering good connections to the neighbouring towns of Grantham, Peterborough and Boston, making it an ideal location for businesses looking to thrive in the county,” adds Jason.
Apex Court will be jointly managed by our Asset Manager, Bobby Brown and Management Accountant, Beata Gostynska.
