New tenants have been secured for one of Leicestershire’s most prominent business parks after a deal was completed on a 5,897 sq ft office space by our director, Jason Hercock.
Global transport management technology specialist, 3T Logistics & Technology Group has relocated to Grove Park, Enderby in a move that has seen the firm create a new headquarters following a major restructuring and rebranding exercise.
Jason added: “Grove Park is certainly one of the region’s best-known business parks and is already home to big brands including Sainsbury’s, Marriott, Topps Tiles, Sytner Group and Mattioli Woods. With Everards Meadows and the major Fosse Park extension also in the neighbourhood, and both the M1 and M69 motorways adjacent, it’s easy to see why businesses choose to be based there.
“This is the second deal at Grove Park we’ve completed recently and interestingly, is a good example of how the commercial property market has fared during the pandemic. We’d originally secured a tenancy which fell through because of the first lockdown. After re-marketing, there was so much interest we could have let the space more than once and in fact, the company that backed out initially even made an enquiry some months later, demonstrating a before and after demand. 3T Logistics & Technology Group swiftly completed their transaction and we wish them every success in growing their business from this prime location.”
