The Leicestershire village of Burbage is set for a further 135 homes after our Director, Trevor Wells concluded the sale of land to housebuilder, Davidsons Homes.
Circa 21 acres at Lutterworth Road on the village’s eastern edge were sold for an undisclosed sum and will become a new community of family homes arranged in courtyard clusters and surrounded by large areas of public open space with cycle and footpaths. Trevor said: “Edge of settlement land remains in huge demand, especially when it can be brought forward to meet local housing targets. Burbage is a very popular place to live with excellent facilities, schools and transportation links including Hinckley railway station and the M69 nearby.
