50 new homes will be built in Mountsorrel after our Director, Trevor Wells concluded the sale of development land in the North Leicestershire village.
Six acres off Halstead Road have been bought by local housebuilder, Jelson Homes and sit adjacent to the firm’s existing Fieldfare development in the village.
Trevor commented: “We’ve been working with Jelson Homes for the past few years to bring this site to a successful conclusion so it’s welcome news to have secured the sale and enabled more families to move to the village.
