On behalf of a private client, we have acquired three industrial units on one of Nottingham’s main gateways.
In a deal completed by our director, Andrew McFarlane Holt, two retail premises and one industrial storage unit on Alfreton Road (A610) are all under new ownership.
“This is a prominent site in Nottingham that was already home to two well-established businesses with long term tenancies so was an attractive investment,” said Andrew. “We managed to secure a swift purchase and will continue acting as property managers on the client’s behalf.
