A deal completed by our Commercial Asset Manager, Tina Flynn has seen an international film distributor relocate within Lutterworth.
88 Films Ltd, which specialises in releasing forgotten cult horror films across multi-platforms around the world, has relocated to a 739 sq ft office at Manor House, on Market Street in the Leicestershire town.
Speaking about their move, Richard Elliott, Managing Director of 88 Films said: “We’d reached a point where our existing premises was too small; we needed a larger space to accommodate our growing team yet still remain within Lutterworth as it’s well connected for road and rail travel, which is important for our business. Manor House ticked all the boxes but was particularly ideal as it’s over two floors, meaning we could create better workstations and breakout areas for staff as well as allocate dedicated storage points for stock.
“In addition, as part of our work involves repeatedly viewing films in order to create collectible items, special features and packaging, it was useful that the property was self-contained, so we don’t have to worry about the volume!” Concluded Richard.
