Specialist thermoelectric engineers, European Thermodynamics Limited has secured new premises at Turnpike Close in the heart of Lutterworth’s business district.
The firm has taken Unit 3, a 3,037 sq ft light industrial premises in a move that will improve efficiency, as Mandeep Rai, Head of Marketing explains: “Choosing Turnpike Close was a strategic decision; we wanted to relocate our warehouse operations from Nuneaton to be closer to our head office in Kibworth.
“Turnpike Close has everything we were looking for. A central location, easily accessible, robust 5G and broadband connections, plus the area is safe with a thriving business community. In addition, the landlord demonstrated a real understanding of our business aspirations and was extremely supportive,” concluded Mandeep.
Our Commercial Asset Manager, Tina Flynn negotiated the letting. Tina said: “Turnpike Close occupies a prime location in the town centre and therefore is an attractive proposition for logistics or light manufacturing businesses who need fast connections to the M1, M6 or A5. At the same time as completing the transaction with European Thermodynamics, we also secured an additional tenant for one of the neighbouring units, proving the appetite for industrial premises of this size remain in high demand. Landlords with similar properties are encouraged to get in touch.”
