Acting on behalf of a private client, we are pleased to have exchanged on a planning promotion agreement with Stoford for 75 acres of land close to Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT).
Our Director, Trevor Wells has negotiated the agreement and comments: “We’ve recently acquired this land on behalf of an existing client as part of their expanding farming enterprise. We’re particularly pleased to have agreed a promotion agreement with Stoford to promote this sustainable site through the Local Plan process, which will help deliver significant employment opportunities for the 6,200 homes being created at the nearby Houlton development over the next two decades. We look forward to seeing this site progress and working closely with the Stoford team.”
