An 11 acre parcel of land in Lincolnshire has been sold for residential development in a deal negotiated by our director, Trevor Wells.
The site is situated off the A1175 in Deeping St Nicholas, which is thought to be one of the longest villages in the UK. It has been sold to a Spalding-based developer with outline planning consent for 120 homes.
Trevor comments: “The challenging economic climate meant this sale was not straightforward, however, the strong demand in this location and high-quality development design ensured it remained an attractive proposition.
“We are pleased to announce the successful sale that will enable a local developer to continue their expansion in the county, bringing new family homes to this rural village location.
“As always with development land, early and effective promotion is absolutely critical so if you think you have land with potential, contact our team for a no obligation appraisal.”
