Three offices on the characterful Alma Park development in Claybrooke Parva have new tenants after deals were managed by our director, Andrew McFarlane Holt.
Andrew explains: “We currently manage all the offices at Alma Park so when one tenant vacated under lease, we acted jointly on behalf of the tenant and landlord to find a new occupant. Happily, this ended up being another of Alma Park’s existing tenants, insolvency practitioners, FA Simms & Partners. Of course, this move vacated another office, which we let along with a further office, to retail design agency, ISI Global who were looking for double the space to facilitate expansion.
“The speed at which we were able to negotiate these moves highlights why working with a local agent can be hugely beneficial. With longstanding relationships already in place with existing tenants, we were aware of potential relocation aspirations and were able to secure the deals off-market. In addition, because all the tenants were already based at Alma Park, this reduced business interruption, general disruption and moving costs for all parties.”
