TWO LOCAL RESIDENTS TAKE NEW WORKSPACE IN VILLAGE BUSINESS CENTRE

30 May 2023

The rural business centre in the Rutland village of Seaton has two new tenants, after a couple chose new premises as their workspace.

Joanne Everson and Nick Taylor now occupy the Ash and Iroka offices at Seaton Grange Business Centre, located on the western edge of the village.

Joanne said: “My partner, Nick and I moved to Seaton during the pandemic and have been working remotely from home. However, since we decided to renovate our house the need for office space became more urgent! By asking in the local WhatsApp group, we became aware of the offices at Seaton Grange and Tina at Wells McFarlane acted quickly to help us secure the Ash and Iroka. We both now have dedicated workspace, and a very short commute!”

A specialist trauma psychotherapist, Joanne deals mainly with PTSD and Complex PTSD but also practices general psychotherapy for anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Nick is a programmer in the finance department of Scotiabank.

Tina Flynn, our Commercial Asset Manager, commented: “Seaton Grange is a popular business centre, largely because of its idyllic setting and characterful aesthetic. This converted iron stone barn is maintained to a high standard, has a picturesque outdoor seating area, and is well-connected for modern business use, including superfast, fibre optic broadband.

“Located just 1.5 miles from the A47, it is easily accessible from Oakham, Peterborough, Corby, Leicester and Stamford. We have one office remaining, the 113 sq ft Elm, and welcome enquiries from interested businesses looking to join Joanne, Nick and other tenants at Seaton Grange.”
