Dyer & Co Wealth Management Ltd, a senior partner practice with St James’s Place, has relocated to Lutterworth to facilitate further expansion.
In a deal negotiated by our Director, Andrew McFarlane Holt, Dyer & Co has moved from Enderby to the Grade II listed Devonshire House in the heart of the town.
“We’d reached a point where our existing office at Grove Park was no longer fit for purpose and didn’t align with our growth plans,” explains Dyer & Co’s Managing Director, Gareth Dyer. “We looked for properties in and around Enderby and Blaby but couldn’t find anything quite right so expanded our search to include more of South Leicestershire. When we found Devonshire House, it offered great potential encased in a beautiful Georgian building.
“As most of our business is confidential, it’s important for our advisors to have a quiet and private environment to work. With accommodation across three floors, Devonshire House means each advisor can have their own individual office and we are creating dedicated ‘Zoom rooms’ for virtual meetings. Relocating has also enabled us to pursue our recruitment plans and since moving, we’ve taken on an additional nine staff, including advisors and admin support team,” concludes Gareth.
One of the most prestigious buildings in Lutterworth, Devonshire House was originally a private residence but now offers 3,165 sq ft of office accommodation.
