Our team has grown with the appointment of a new PA to the Directors, Carina Mason.
Carina joins Wells McFarlane following executive assistant and account management roles at Maersk Contract Logistics UK&I, Capita and Lloyds Bank, as well as a decade spent successfully running her own nail technician business.
“I was ready for a new challenge and having relocated to Leicestershire I liked the idea of a role within an independent firm that has a strong reputation locally,” explains Carina. “Wells McFarlane offered the opportunity to learn a new industry, plus the latest CoStar Awards just confirmed we're the best commercial agency in Leicester and the East Midlands for office and investment deals so it’s exciting to be part of an award-winning team,” adds Carina.
As well as managing typical PA duties for our Directors and Founders, Trevor Wells and Andrew McFarlane Holt, Carina will also prepare correspondence such as Valuations and Heads of Terms, arrange viewings and assist our wider commercial team with property enquiries, and provide administrative and organisational support across the office.

Originally from Plymouth, Carina’s interests include reading; long walks (and pub lunches!) with her two miniature poodles, Molly and Bonnie; and spending time with her children and family.
