Our team has grown with the appointment of a new PA to the Directors, Elisse Howarth.
Elisse joins Wells McFarlane following a decade in retail management, including overseeing the opening of five coffee house stores across Leicestershire.
“I was ready for a new challenge and wanted to move into a professional office role so I could build on my organisational and customer service skills,” explains Elisse. “Commercial property is a fast-paced industry, where every property and client is different, and this appealed to me.
“The role at Wells McFarlane offered the opportunity to learn a new industry and I liked the idea of joining an independent firm with a strong local reputation. As well as managing typical PA duties for our Directors and Founders, Trevor Wells and Andrew McFarlane Holt, Elisse will also prepare correspondence such as Valuations and Heads of Terms, arrange viewings and assist our wider commercial team with property enquiries, and provide administrative and organisational support across the office.
