A deal negotiated by Wells McFarlane and Fortus will see specialist B2B parcel carrier, Truline take a 31,784 sq ft warehouse and industrial unit at Oaks Industrial Estate, Lutterworth.
With its existing Group headquarters on the neighbouring Magna Park, Truline realised a need for nearby additional space for its transport division, which had seen a significant increase in work but was rapidly running out of space. As a former tenant of Oaks Industrial Estate, Truline was familiar with both its location and facilities and so the decision was taken to secure a unit to act as new dedicated hub for the transport team.
“Oaks Industrial Estate is a well-established industrial park conveniently located both from Lutterworth town centre and the M1 motorway,” explains Andrew McFarlane Holt, Director at Wells McFarlane. “The unit we secured for Truline is a single storey warehouse with separate two storey office, parking and loading docks – it presents an ideal base to expand their business and we’re pleased to see them make a return to Oaks Industrial Estate.”
