We have recently acquired circa 650 acres of farmland at the Arthingworth Estate on behalf of a retained client. Situated on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border and just six miles south of Market Harborough, the Arthingworth Estate is an attractive and diverse country estate.
Our director, Trevor Wells negotiated the deal. He said: “The farmland at Arthingworth is a combination of gently undulating pasture and productive commercial arable land, alongside a range of livestock buildings and strategically planted pockets of woodland ideal for shooting or other country pursuits. Parcels of land of this size and quality are rarely available so we advised decisive action and the deal was concluded swiftly.
