Whilst traditionally land was promoted by developers using option agreements, we now see more self-promotion arrangements and promotion agreements in partnership with dedicated Land Promoters. This offers Landowners opportunities to promote their land on the open market and achieve best value without the need for complex or protracted valuation negotiations.
We believe it is essential to determine the correct route for each client individually as both circumstances and timescales vary. This bespoke approach also seeks to prevent unnecessary tax scenarios such as Inheritance Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
We represent many Landowners with potential development opportunities but remain selective over those we engage with to avoid putting existing clients at a disadvantage by promoting competing land. We have recently been successful in selling residential land for in excess of 10,000 plots and 15,000,000 sq ft of warehousing space across the Midlands.
